The Dentistry Show partnership with British Dental Association delivers ASTONISHING RESULTS

In May this year The British Dental Association collaborated for the first time with CloserStill Media’s 11 year old Dentistry Show to form what is now known as – The British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show, and with this brought a record breaking year for both visitors and exhibitors with a 20% increase in attendance.

A huge 9,321 dental professionals gave the free-to-attend, two-day CPD training and education conference and exhibition a resounding thumbs up as did the 400+ exhibitors that featured on exhibition floor which has grown year-on-year for the last eleven years! 

About the first year collaboration between BDA and Dentistry Show Susie Sanderson OBE, President of the BDA, commented; “the event had a great buzz and everyone I spoke to seemed to enjoy themselves enormously. The collaboration of The Dentistry Show and the BDA appeared to be greater than the sum of its parts, so we were really getting the best of both worlds.”

Alex Harden, Event Director of the British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show said:

“This is an exciting time for us all. For a show entering its twelfth edition to enjoy such a massive attendance increase is amazing. This collaboration has benefitted from our combined experience and sector knowledge allowing us to deliver for both exhibitors and the our visitors. By a considerable way this is the biggest gathering of dentists in the UK. For the dentistry Show it’s the next stage on a journey that over a decade has seen it go from being fourth in a market of five to bigger than all its competitors added together.” 

The show seems set for further success with exhibitors rebooking in record numbers – 117% of the 2018 stand space was rebooked on site for the 2019 edition.
