Purpose and objective of the job:

To proactively seek, achieve and exceed sales targets of delegate uptake. To offer the highest level of customer services and support to delegates.

Main Duties:

  • To support the Delegate Sales Manager to ensure growth in delegate attendance and revenue generation.
  • To generate delegate revenues and seek out new leads to do this.
  • To sell delegate places across a range of exhibitions
  • To develop key relationships, especially with key customers to maximise revenues
  • To ensure high levels of care and customer satisfaction regarding the sector
  • To ensure all targets, including revenue and daily/weekly productivity is met and exceeded
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales and activity reports as directed detailing pipeline and confirmed sales.
  • Ensure that management of delegate/event data aligned to the CRM meets with required standards as directed.
  • To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested
