The Conference & Events Awards are annual accolades that celebrate excellence across the events industry, recognising conference and exhibition organisers, in-house event teams, agencies, venues and suppliers who deliver outstanding experiences. 

Shortlisted for four awards, this achievement is a major milestone for the Ai4 team, further cementing the event's reputation as a leading force in the global tech events landscape, and America's largest artificial intelligence event. 

With 2025 marking its eighth edition, the conference welcomed nearly 8,000 executives, technologists, startups, investors, policymakers and researchers from more than 85 countries to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Taking place from 11-13 August 2025, the event showcased the real-world impact of AI across sectors including finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government and education. With over 600 speakers, 250 exhibitors and 50 content tracks, Ai4 delivered both breadth and depth for a diverse, global audience.

The strength of this year’s programme was evident across a wide range of specialist content and practical learning opportunities, including:

• AI agents and multi-agent collaboration
• Generative AI, from foundational strategy to advanced applications
• AI policy and regulation
• The Beginner’s Summit, Diversity in AI sessions and targeted industry meetups
• General Assembly-led training workshops focused on applied machine learning and advanced generative AI

Beyond the conference sessions, Ai4 placed a strong emphasis on meaningful networking. Evening receptions and a high-energy afterparty at Hakkasan created further opportunities for attendees to connect and build lasting relationships.
