Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2025 Sets New Attendance Record

Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2025 Sets New Attendance Record
This year’s Clinical Pharmacy Congress (CPC) London, held at The Excel Centre, delivered its biggest edition to date, strengthening its place as the go-to event for clinical pharmacy. With 180 exhibitors and more than 360 expert speakers, CPC London 2025 brought together pharmacy professionals from across the UK and beyond for two days of networking, discovery, and professional development.

CPC 2025 welcomed 5,778 attendees, including 3,519 unique delegates. That’s a 13% increase in unique attendance compared to 2024, reflecting the profession’s growing appetite for collaboration, innovation, and shared learning in an evolving healthcare landscape.

What are our biggest takeaways from such a successful CPC London?

A Senior, Highly Engaged Audience- more than half of all segmented delegates were categorised as high or medium-high value, highlighting the event’s increasing relevance to senior leaders and key decision-makers across the NHS and wider pharmacy community

Content with Real Impact- as the NHS continues to navigate significant transformation, this year’s programme offered practical andCPC forward-looking insights that drew strong attendance across core sessions. Topics such as the role of artificial intelligence in pharmacy and a keynote from David Webb, Chief Pharmaceutical Officer for England, proved particularly popular. The event also featured live scribing from WeAreCognitive, capturing key takeaways in real time and adding a dynamic visual element that was well received on the show floor.

Poster Zone Growth and Delegate Engagement- Interest in the Poster Zone reached new heights in 2025. The Poster Zone is a long-standing and hugely popular feature at Clinical Pharmacy Congress. It provides a platform for pharmacy professionals to showcase their innovative projects, case studies, and research to thousands of peers across the sector. A total of 274 submissions were received, up from 201 in 2024, with 160 selected for display across four themed sessions. For the first time, delegates were invited to vote in the Poster Zone Awards. An impressive 1,267 votes were cast over the two days, showing strong engagement and enthusiasm for peer-led research.

Championing the Future of Pharmacy- CPC London continued its support for the next generation of pharmacy professionals. More than 200 trainee pharmacists took part in Mini Mock Exams both on the clinical and calculations papers, providing valuable preparation in a supportive, real-world setting.

Next, attention turns to CPC North, which returns to Manchester on 21 and 22 November 2025. This year’s northern edition will take a fresh approach, moving away from the London-style format to focus more closely on regional priorities, challenges, and Trust-level engagement. The goal is to ensure even greater relevance and value for pharmacy teams working across the North.
