Occupational Therapy Show Shortlisted for Best UK Trade Show at BHTA Awards 2026
The Occupational Therapy Show has been shortlisted for Best UK Trade Show at the BHTA Awards 2026, marking another year of recognition for one of the UK’s leading events for the occupational therapy community.
The nomination follows an impressive run for the show, which has taken home the Best UK Trade Show title at the past two BHTA Awards.
Organised by the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA), the annual awards celebrate excellence across the healthcare and assistive technology sector. The Best UK Trade Show category recognises events that bring the industry together, creating opportunities to connect, learn, share ideas and showcase innovation.
Held annually at the NEC Birmingham, the Occupational Therapy Show brings together thousands of occupational therapists and other professionals from across the sector. Combining CPD-accredited education with hundreds of suppliers, expert speakers, hands-on demonstrations and opportunities to connect with the wider OT community, the show has become an important fixture in the profession’s calendar.
“To be shortlisted for the third year running is a brilliant achievement, especially after taking home the award for the past two years,” said Matt Govett, Event Director. “It’s fantastic recognition from the BHTA and the wider industry for the whole team behind the Occupational Therapy Show. We’re going for the hat-trick!”
A huge congratulations to everyone behind the Occupational Therapy Show. The BHTA Awards will take place on 3 December 2026 in Bristol.
