The Occupational Therapy Show Shortlisted For Prestigious BHTA Award
London, United Kingdom - The Occupational Therapy Show, the UK’s leading dedicated event for occupational therapists and the wider occupational therapy community, has once again been recognised by the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) Awards, having been shortlisted in the category of Best UK Trade Show.
This follows the show’s success at last year’s BHTA Awards, where it was named the winner of the same category. Returning to the shortlist for 2025 is a strong endorsement of the event’s continued impact and value, both for the profession and for the healthcare industry at large.
Now in its 13th year, The Occupational Therapy Show has become a highly regarded fixture in the healthcare calendar, attracting thousands of occupational therapists, managers, educators, and suppliers to the NEC Birmingham each year. The show combines an extensive programme of CPD-accredited education, a vibrant exhibition showcasing the latest products and innovations, and invaluable opportunities for professional networking and collaboration.
Matt Govett, Event Director of The Occupational Therapy Show, commented: “We are delighted to be shortlisted once again for the BHTA Best UK Trade Show Award. Winning last year was a proud moment for our team, and to be recognised again this year highlights the continued importance of the Occupational Therapy Show to the profession and the industry. It is a privilege to provide a space that supports learning, celebrates innovation, and strengthens the voice of occupational therapy.”
The BHTA Awards celebrate excellence, outstanding innovation and dedication across the healthcare sector, recognising organisations and initiatives that make a real difference to professionals and the people they support.
The winners of the 2025 BHTA Awards will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 4 December 2025 at Cutlers’ Hall, Sheffield.
