The Best Practice Show proudly took home the award for Best Trade Show Under 2000m at the 2022 EN Awards.
Any UK based trade show under 2000sqm could enter for this award and the judges based their decision on commercial growth, developments in audience recruitment, the visitor experience, evidence of marketing creativity and success, as well as exhibitor satisfaction.
In October 2021, The Best Practice Show was in its 9th year of delivering education and training updates for the General Practice community. The autumn of 2021 was a time of intense pressure and scrutiny for General Practice, against the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic, yet the show managed to still bring together 2,500 unique visitors over two days at the NEC, Birmingham – a testament to the show’s importance in the GP calendar.
Overall, the Best Practice Show hosted 13 theatres of content, with two new theatres being offered in 2021, including the PMA Theatre and the PCN Transformation Theatre. The CPD accredited programmed offered a range of topics with over 165 sessions available. The locations of the theatres and the timing of sessions were carefully calibrated to keep the exhibition footfall flowing.
The Best Practice Show team were delighted with the news. Event Director, Ian Reynolds stated, “It was such a surprise and honour to have the team’s work recognised in front of all the event’s industry, to come top and rated as the leading event is something that we all strive for. Our efforts to make the show as attractive and as accessible for everyone within general practice is our number one priority, and we look forward to growing on that success for our already 80%+ sold out October exhibition.”
